How the work stays inspectable
Each dossier keeps real captured evidence, a capture date and a narrow caption. Popularity and commercial interest can prioritise research but cannot create a green or red signal. Material corrections can be submitted through the correction channel.
The initial release contains 21 concise dossier shells. A separate isolated process will write each full article from scratch, while the source and verdict contract remains fixed.
